While a Data Warehouse Architect, I designed and created a “Surgical Services” data warehouse, and the associated Universe and suite of reports, for the Surgical Network Team. This data warehouse linked the Operating Room data that was entered to a variety of different resources, inclusing payroll and WHITE (Occupation Health/Safety database).
During this time, I also took over responsibility for the Business Objects XI R2 system, and succesfully migrated the organization to Business Objects XI 3.1.
I was the lead Data Warehouse Architect on the HR, Payroll and Acute subject areas, implementing various strategies to streamline reports and improve reporting process. For example, I automated a report that was run manually for over 600 managers, so they received this report directly every 2 weeks, saving them the time it would normally take to run the report. I also created several complex reports, that were still used when I left in 2016.
